Its all about feeling stronger and standing taller
Our Classes work with a range of different movements, as well as working on your balance and flexibility. You can expect that classes will incorporate the use of some of the following: Dumbells, Pilates Ball, Pilates Ring, and Resistance Band alongside your the reformer. ​
Dont be fooled, thee classes are designed to get those muscles shaking and the Heart rate up!​As our timetable grows-you will notice some classes are based on mobiltity, some are more fitness based. We will also be having jumpoboard classes which will be clearly stated on the timetable.
